Some of the baristas at this location one in particular long hair in pony tail wears her sunglasses on the tip of her nose needs to be retrained in customer service when you first don’t read the order correctly then proceeds to make the drink and when she has to remake it or pour it into the correct size cup make the customer wait 15 more minutes because she’s pissed bc she didn’t read the order correctly.. sorry honey your in the wrong!! Not the customer this time. This isn’t the first time this has happened with this one barista also.

The Broistas are always friendly and helpful when choosing drinks. They know my usual, so that 's cool.Kid-friendliness: They have kid sized drinks. The Not So Hot (hot chocolate) is a favorite.
