I live in charlotte and have been repeatedly ordering from the university location. For some reason the location information was changed to Cornelius, which I have not been to, when I placed the order. I 'm unable to pick up the order and called minutes after placing the order, but the owner is refusing to give me a refund. He literally had the manager place me on hold for at least 7 minutes, allowed the food to finish cooking, so he could come on the line and say oh sorry the food is coming out of the oven so we cant. Excuse me? I had just places the order before calling. its not like i waited 15 minutes. it was literally a few minutes after placing it. Ridiculous. attaching photos as proof of times! Im requesting a refund from the corporation for this order since there is no way I can pick up and would be a waste. i will go everywhere i have to in order to get this matter and the owner addressed! User 's recommendation: Definitely not this location and double check your apps information for unauthorized changes.

The general manager and part owner of this location is immeasurably rude and disrespectful. I accidentally sent an online order to his location. When I arrived at the wonderful Marcos near me I was informed that the order went elsewhere. I called the store and was transferred to Heath who proceeded to comment without so much as a hello that the order had been completed and there is no way to get my money back unless I visit his location for redemption. He was completely rude out of line and not at all what I’ve ever experienced from a Marcos establishment. Shameful.
