Pelican's Snoballs Of Cornelius

Update: We drove by yesterday and we're surprised to see that they removed the big sun shade but didn't replace it with anything to provide some shelter from the summer sun while enjoying your cool treat. Also they painted the building this horrible mud color. Not appetizing or fun at all. Looks like the Army surplus store. We'll have to see what happens next. Taking one star away. My daughter and I wait all winter for Pelican Snowballs to open in the Spring. We love this place. The shave ice so fluffy and they have so many flavors. You can mix and match them to make yummy combinations. I like tiger blood and coconut. You need to go on a hot day for some serious cooling off. They also have Cornhole so you can play if you stay

We went to Pelican’s on a super hot summer day, and it was a perfect way to cool down. They have tons of flavors to choose from along with topping choices. We had a party of 5 people, and we all got different flavors that didn’t disappoint. Order the stuffed snowball for a nice scoop of ice cream in the middle! We highly recommend going for a fun colorful summer adventure to try a flavor you’ve never had.

Very nice place to get snowballs with 100 flavors. The staff is friendly and greets you with a smile. They are organized and we receive our treats quickly. They have tables that you can sit down at and enjoy your snowballs too. We will go back and highly recommend.

Sooooo good!!! So happy when Pelicans really started expanding these last couple of years in this part of NC. I recommend the Tiger’s Blood flavor with sweetened condensed milk.

I absolutely love this place! I find myself going there at least once every two weeks—I'm completely hooked. You've got to try the snowball stuffed with ice cream; it was an amazing experience! They offer a wide variety of flavors and the service is quick. I really wish they would stay open year-round because I wouldn’t mind enjoying their delicious treats during the winter months. It’s always a bummer when they close for the colder season.
