The ham is exceptional! The staff is friendly, and the quality of the products is excellent. I highly recommend this place!

Initial employee was new and nice. Additional staffer that jumped in during our order was incredibly rude. Would not come back.

An absolute joke. $130 dry turkey, ham was ok. The sides are disgusting, watery and tasteless. Never again. My 1st and last time trying to save some time for a holiday

My husband ordered two classic ham sandwiches along with broccoli salad and potato salad as sides. When we opened our styrofoam containers, we were greeted by a disappointing sight: the two halves of the sandwiches were carelessly thrown inside and had fallen apart. There were no butcher or wax paper liners like we had seen before or in online photos, resulting in a dreadful presentation. After putting my sandwich back together, I took a bite, anticipating the sweet taste of honey-baked ham. Instead, I found the sandwich to be dry and bland. The two slices of ham barely covered the croissant, which was also dry, and the Swiss cheese was just a tiny square. The hickory mustard sauce was unappetizing, there was no mayo, and the lettuce seemed like it hadn't even been washed. My husband had to scrape off some of the mustard (there was way too much) and add mayo just to make it somewhat edible. In the end, we ended up eating the ham by itself along with the sides. It was a real letdown, especially when you're hungry and have nothing else to eat. It's disappointing to spend $8 on a sandwich (for each of us) from a reputable restaurant, only to receive what felt like scraps. After reading the reviews and considering our experience, we won't be returning.

I recently picked up my final Honey Baked Ham for Christmas dinner, and I was quite disappointed. It was overly salty and lacked the crunchy sugar glaze on top. I really don't think it was worth the $78 I spent.
