Room was clean, big and quite new. Service was nice and helpful. Very far away from the city center

Amazing hotel. Staff are super friendly and very accommodating. Very close to the shopping centre and close to the city centre. Will defiantly recommend this place and will be going back in the future!

We spent three days at the hotel and it was a quiet and pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and professional, the service was good and the prices very fair for this classification of hotel. The rooms are comfortable, well insulated (sound and temperature) but we could not turn on the heating, although the controls are very easy to operate. Breakfast is very good with a nice variety of local foods. The negative point that bothered us a lot was the constant change of temperature of the shower water while we were bathing, if you are not careful you can get burned by the hot water that suddenly appears even if we don't touch anything. It really is an important point that should be addressed by the manager. Otherwise, the experience was very good and we will surely come back.

The staff were friendly but that was not enough to turn around an awful stay. The food was the biggest offender. We paid 12 euro for unseasoned, still frozen vegetables and lacklustre chicken. When we asked if the vegetables could be reheated, they put the whole plate in the microwave. The salad was old soft greens with no dressing. Do not pay for the breakfast buffet. They just put out leftovers from the previous day. I’m writing this as I currently look over at the buffet hoping someone will bring some miracle breakfast food out. Everyone is just eating toast because it looks the safest. The bed is uncomfortable but serviceable and AC was out in our room. Overall, not great. At least parking is free.

Helpful staff and the rooms were relatively clean, with some minor wear and tear. Good house keeping. Has a restaurant/bar downstairs that is open until close to midnight, which is perfect when arriving from a late flight. Location is good, there's a metro station nearby and a large shopping center with lots of food, shopping and entertainment options. The downside was lack of AC, or at least we couldn't control the temperature and a bit hard bed.
