Deckersdairybar&grill - Cornwall

One evening, I ordered fried clams and fries at this restaurant. The staff consisted of only young kids, and unfortunately, my clams were so overcooked that I couldn't eat them. I didn't realize this until I got home, and I decided not to return to the restaurant. Perhaps I will give it another try in the future...or just opt for ice cream instead.

I stopped for a quick burger and it was the worst burger I've ever had. It seemed like it had been cooked at least a day in advance, as it was barely warm and had no taste of meat at all. I asked for onions, but only got about half a teaspoon - they must have been cooked in advance too and were tasteless. It was a complete waste of my money!

We recently stopped by for some ice cream and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The wait was extremely long, so we decided to leave. It seemed like the server was completely overwhelmed with orders and we could only see one server working. We witnessed several people leaving out of frustration from the long wait, so eventually we decided to leave as well.

I will be honest..I only stopped at Deckers after trying to get some at Dairy Queen no chocolate icecream) and cows (they were out of flavors) So deckers if you are a person of a certain age perhaps you remember going out for...icecream with your parents. Deckers reminded me of those days, from the long list of food/fried to the dizzying assortment of icecream available .Served to you by a highschooler to be eaten either at your car or on the picnic tables As I was in dq frame of mind I got a flurry like thing, and yes they had chocolate icecream.. The icecream was good and the service excellent.. If you are looking for good icecream they way it used to be . I would suggest you give Deckers a try as it has become our go to place on PEI

We both had ice cream but they sell sandwiches, lobster rolls and take out food. They have picnic tables outside. Its run by young folks who are very nice. Its clean and the ice cream is very good! I got a hot fudge sundae and...my other half got a chocolate dipped cone. It was very busy Sunday and Father’s Day)
