Ye Old English Fish & Chip Shop

I have been visiting this fish and chip shop for over 15 years.

The only restaurant I will ever eat fish n chips. I crave this occasionally. We just order and take it home amazing

The place is not a very special place gourmet no no no ..... is hot the place , the attention is no the best....but the food is good, yes is frozen fish ( as in many places) good fries , good ring onions..i'll be back as many times as possible!

This is what you call a real find! a hole in the wall! The fish and chips were excellent. We had the special and there was lots of food for $10. It was a hot, humid day and it was a little hot and humid in the restaurant too. Very casual. We will return.

My British husband took me here for the first time. We were greeted by an older British couple who are the cooks of this small quaint place hidden in Cornwall, Ontario. The hubby had cod fish and I had halibut. Everything was made to order! My daughter got a free slice of cheesecake for free! Very cute couple they chatted with us and the place is very cozy! Will be back!
