Costa Coffee - Cornwall,Isles of Scilly

Friendly counter service. Very busy and more staff needed. Sat in with coffee. One large table for six covered with laptop, note books, pen, blue paper roll, all unattended. Another table had cleaning fluid bottle and cloth left on it. Mop and bucket left by another table. Broom and dustpan left at end of counter. Not pleasant to sit around with cleaning not finished. Sat and observed while drinking my coffee for more than 25 mins. Staff need more training. Given that my usual coffee has increased by 15p today Costa can afford to adequately train and provide enough staff to give good service.

Very friendly and efficient staff. The store was clean and tidy. Toilets available, one is has disabled access and a baby changing unit. Seating inside and outside. A good range of products on sale. Nice tall ceilings and large windows make it feel big and bright.

Good place to stop along the journey back from Cornwall. Plenty of other shops in the industrial estate as well. Good coffee, plenty of choice. We sat outside and shared a toasted bacon and macaroni cheese sandwich which we both agreed was delicious! Service was friendly and quick.

Late opening. Was stood out side and the bloke with the bold head was just stood inside on his phone.

Unfortunately today I had a soya mocha that was not up to standard and my partner had an peach iced tea which was not exactly iced .. more like the temperature of cold water from a tap. The shop was so busy that it felt difficult to say anything, I ended up just forcing myself to drink it instead of wasting it.
