Feedback gevenDuring our holiday at a nearby caravan park, we ordered and picked up pizza using the app. We took advantage of one of the app deals and were pleased to find that the food was fresh, hot, and delicious.
We have come to expect reliable service from Dominos in Berkshire, but our recent experience felt like a completely different world. We have been waiting 1.5 hours and still have not received our pizza. We ordered through the app, and our pizza quality has supposedly been checked for the past 30 minutes. Despite calling multiple times, our calls have not been answered. This is unacceptable and does not align with the standards we expect from the Dominos brand.
We decided to get a pizza and chose to dine at this restaurant since we were staying nearby. Upon arriving, we noticed several people waiting outside and learned that they were only accepting orders through their app, not at the counter. Fortunately, we had the app on our phones already, otherwise we would have had to find another place to eat. This was the first time we experienced a Domino's store not accepting physical orders. Our pizza order took longer than expected, with some customers receiving part of their order first and waiting an additional 15 minutes or more for the rest. Despite the wait, our pizzas arrived after about 50 minutes. The quality was consistent with other Domino's stores.
1 out of 5 due to lack of delivery to armed forces a few miles down the road. Shameful. Good food though. Just wish they would spread delivery more.
Its not a good sign when there is a notice on the counter saying the store cant handle refunds or complainta and to contact cusromer service.. Ordered 2 pizzas, sides ans 4 cookies. Pizza had blue bits of plastic all over it and there was only one cookie. Complained to customer service but heard nothing, horrendous.
