He made an online order of 18 o'clock that told me it would be delivered at 7:20. at 8 o'clock it had not arrived yet, so called the load. it was said that it had just come in and apologized, but it would be an hour. that. made me angry when I could hear her clearly ask another worker where my order was, as she had seen it and it should have been before an hour! I told her to cancel and refund me, wait for it. such a scandal as the food has improved since reopening, but although we have been a very regular customer for 10 years, this was enough for us to never use it again.

Deciding on a takeaway can be tough, so we relied on the positive reviews and ordered the set menu B for two. There was plenty of food for us to enjoy for dinner the following night. The food was delicious, arrived on time, and the delivery driver was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I would like to say that the couple of times we've used this place has been absolutely amazing, the freshness, the taste, always hot and wonderful staff. We will carry on using fortune house and would highly recommend it.

Ordered from Fortune House via just eat. App showed that the order was on its way. An hour after delivery was due I tried to call the Fortune House which was a complete disaster. Answered eventually by some one who then tried to tell me...that the order was for collection and then hung up. Eventually the order was shown on just eat as delivered. This was then changed to cancelled. Disgraceful service and extremely rude staff when they deigned to answer their phone. Use this restaurant at your own risk. I won't be again.

Our food was fresh and delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend, reasonable prices and great service
