Nins Tea Rooms

The restaurant is run by a friendly mother and daughter team. We enjoyed a delicious cream tea at a great value. Later, we had a bacon and sausage sandwich made with great bread. Personally, I would have preferred the bacon and sausage to be cooked more to my liking. The restaurant also sells a hand-selected collection of handmade jewelry and trinkets. I purchased beautiful earrings and a ring.

I recently had a terrible experience dining at Nins. The service was unfriendly and the food was bland, low-quality, and reheated. Despite being advertised as freshly made, it was far from the truth. I would recommend looking for better dining options in the area.

Ordered BLT a Tuna mayo sandwich. The bacon had been previously cooked was like rubber, the Tuna mayo sandwich was more like a Mayo sandwich. Over priced wouldn’t recommend.

I recently had lunch at this restaurant, and things have changed since Covid. You are no longer able to dine in the cafe, and there are no toilet facilities available (which should be provided when serving food and drink). I paid £8.95 for a jacket potato topped with a small portion of prawns in a takeout box. The dish lacked any garnish or flavor, and I found it to be overpriced and unappetizing. I used to be a regular customer here, but I was disappointed with my experience this time. The service was unfriendly, and I do not plan on returning or recommending this restaurant.

One of the best breakfast baps we’ve ever had! Hot drinks were also good and the staff were so helpful and friendly despite being rushed off their feet. The cream tea has been highly recommended so we’ll definitely be back to try that! Thanks so much for a lovely breakfast
