I had a fantastic dining experience with delicious food, a cozy atmosphere with a wood stove, and top-notch service.

One of the friendliest welcomes from Paulina she could not have been more helpful. My husband had the cheeseburger and I had a cheese and ham sandwich. Both were delicious and beautifully presented. We had our dog with us and she was warmly welcomed by Paulina who brought her a bowl of water. Plenty of parking in the village and lots of seating in the pub. A lovely fire to make a damp February day better. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends. Thank you Paulina. Keep smiling your lovely smile.

Lovely food, great staff. We came to the restaurant for lunch as we are staying in the local area and choose to spend money in the villages rather than in the seaside towns. There is a good choice on the menu, the staff are attentive and the food is freshly cooked to order. The quality of the food was excellent and the portion sizes are generous.

Booked for lunch online. Booking confirmed. Drove 30 miles to pub but received a phone call 1/2 hour before booked time to say that booking was cancelled. No reason given!

I recently visited this restaurant for their Sunday Carvery and was blown away by the diverse selection of perfectly cooked meats and deliciously prepared vegetables. The staff were friendly and attentive, making it a definite must-visit for anyone looking for a great dining experience.
