Mi Chola - Coroico

During our vacation, we spent just one night in La Paz. While walking around at night, we stumbled upon Mi Chola and were drawn in by its inviting atmosphere. We were fortunate to discover a fantastic restaurant in its early stages, full of flavor, ambiance, and enthusiasm from the owner to create a memorable experience. The Bolivian dishes were creatively prepared and offered at a reasonable price. This was definitely one of the highlights of our 16-day journey through four countries. If we ever find ourselves back in La Paz, we will definitely be returning to Mi Chola.

I absolutely adore the flame-grilled chicharron at this restaurant. The ambiance is very cozy and the service is personalized, with detailed explanations about the ingredients and preparation of each dish.

Delightful and creative meal made by passionate cooks.. you have to go and try it, it is a totally special experience!

A dinner we enjoyed a lot for food, attention and decoration. Experience for the gastronomic and the immersion of Bolivian culture and customs. By chance we find just the type of local we were looking for: local food, in a safe environment and with prices that match the country and not reserved only for tourists.

Excellent experience, a combination of amazing fresh and local scenic flavors. The chef explains to you all the ingredients and the origin of each dish... no doubt a place of high kitchen to which I hope to return.... Super recommendable
