Kfc - Corona

I'm sorry, KFC, but it's just not what it used to be. Years ago, we would enjoy our meals there every Sunday after church. The food doesn't have that delicious flavor anymore. Plus, the bargains and coupons aren't as good as they used to be either.

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. I arrived at 10 PM, and the young person at the drive-thru informed me that they weren't taking my order because they all wanted to go home. Then, they turned off all the lights, even though they are supposed to close at 11 PM.

I don't understand why ask if the customer want any dipping sauce and what kind and if plates are needed? When you guys don't even pack anything!! No napkins no sauce no nothing!! Make sure employes read the complete order and double check it. It'sridiculous to pay so much for your guys not to pack what's being offered.

The cleanliness of the tables is really disappointing. Every time I visit, I find them consistently dirty. If they can’t keep the tables clean, I can't help but wonder what the kitchen looks like. It's quite concerning.

Worst KFC I have ever been in my life! May 20th night crew could not figure out how to get food out. I ordered a 12 piece family meal with three large sides and crispy chicken. when I received it there was original and crispy, the original was the bottomof the barrel, the skin was not even on it it looked honorable. our sides were literally only filled up half I had four boys tofeed by the time I got home I notice my horrible disgusting looking chicken and half of the sides. They took my money and theyruined the night! The phone to KFC was off the hook I tried calling and it never rang just a busy single
