Feedback gevenI had a disappointing experience at Wendy's. The fries were cold, the chicken nuggets were subpar, and the burger tasted old. Unfortunately, I ended up feeling sick after my meal, which I attribute to their poor service and the quality of the food. I used to really enjoy Wendy's, but after this terrible experience, I won't be returning for a long time.
As a visitor from Norway, I really wish we had a place like this. The burger was incredible, made with high-quality meat, and the salad was excellent too. Food: 5/5
I was really impressed by the employee who assisted my friend and me. She asked lots of questions about the salad, and she answered each one with a smile. I could have been annoyed, but their salads are incredibly delicious and very reasonably priced. I ordered the Cobb salad, and the service was also extremely quick. Food: 5/5.
I never receive a receipt here, and it makes me wonder if it's intentional. What if you forgot to include my fries? How would I have proof? I'm just trying to take care of my family, not yours, as happened today. I also felt rushed at the drive-thru. It's important to improve customer attitudes, especially when places like this expect tips. Overall, I'd rate the food 2 out of 5.
The double stack biggie bag is always a solid choice. I suggest upgrading to a medium drink and fries for just around $0.60 more. Food rating: 4/5.
