I took a trip to Coronado Island and looked for places to eat. It seems that many military personnel frequent this spot, so it's likely geared towards them. I did find a bean and cheese burrito that was labeled as vegan. However, the staff couldn't confirm whether the beans or the cheese were actually vegan.

I was disappointed to find that they couldn’t provide a single vegan option. The veggie burrito isn’t what I expected; it simply means it doesn’t contain meat. You can use an online ordering system for takeout and reservations, or you can simply go to the counter and wait. They easily accommodate vegetarian dishes to make them vegan. The salsa is absolutely delicious...
