Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I visited this restaurant for the first time and ordered a chicken sandwich and a burger. The burger was tasty, and the fries were a unique mix between shoestring and McDonald's style. While the chicken sandwich was a bit lackluster, it was still enjoyable. The key lime pie 'concrete' had a subtle lime flavor but was still delicious. However, the highlight of the meal was definitely the deep-fried pickles—absolutely worth the extra cost!

As for the food, it was just okay—my companion failed to take any pictures. The burgers were decent, but the fries and chili cheese were at room temperature, not hot. The restrooms were appalling. Given the conditions, I wouldn’t consider returning for fear of getting sick. It's disheartening to see such a well-established business suffer due to a lack of management and pride. I gave it two stars because the burgers were acceptable, and the plain custard was excellent—it’s hard to go wrong with plain custard!

I visited Freddy's for the first time and found the food to be good—fresh and prepared quickly. The only downside was that most of the tables were dirty, so I had to search for a clean one. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

The service was great, manager Gilbert. Made sure we got what we wanted. He went out of his way to celebrate my friends birthday. He asked us what we needed and he immediately helped us out. Gilbert was so nice. I wish. we had more people like him.
