Pizza Hut - Corpus Christi

Worst customer service. ordered a pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni and that's not what I got. But when I called and talked to Josh, he said it. I know the difference, and he refused to get the pizza back.

The second time they lost my pizza from a phone order. From now on to Domino's on the road

When I first ordered, it took 90 minutes to deliver me.... they called and complained to me credit...when back to order again and use my credit...but they never answered the phone. So I called the center again and they could either not get through... they need new management... I'll never call again, they lost my business.

Food tasted fine, the crew was friendly, and seemed like they were doing their best customer service, however whomever made my pizza clearly didn't read the entire ticket, and left off more than half of the meats I ordered. Check your food before leaving/they leave your house.

I want you to know that Stephen was the best server in the in the restaurant he was very knowledgeable very smartwhen it done to our pizza I would recommend the pizza place and Stephen again.Rebecca was also a very very nice manager she went out of her way to help me with the survey to help me with the survey.
