Steak 'n Shake - Corpus Christi

Very rude people working here, especially the older gentleman I think his name is able. He is always in a bad mood and very rude. He doesn’t have patience working customer service he’s definitely not customer service friendly and it’s an on going issue. It’s been multiple times that he’s been disgusting to me and other people as well that I have sent to order for me to avoid him taking my order.

My first experience was awful. The manager working didn't care that our food took over 30 minutes and was not even correct when we got it. I gave them another chance last night. Also terrible. The burger was decent but not hot enough to melt cheese. One of the girls working was standing by the fry bin eating. I pointed it out and again no one cared. I checked the health department site and i don't even see a score for them. I would stay away if i were you.

The cashier Abel D gave me the worst service I've ever had at LA Palmera food court. First he tried to tell us he was out of a burger advertised and went to confirm only to come back and say yes they have it then when we asked him to make it a combo he said it couldn't come with fries and a drink but that's not what the sign said as you can see from the photo. Maybe steak N shake should hire someone that wants to make sales.

I cleaned a Frisco smelter. Very good. Like a patty melt. I've got a free burger by doing the reception operations so we can have a double-patty burger. Great taste. Also got a free Nutella Shake by clicking on her app. It was thick and creamy. Did really like the thin and crispy pommes.

I get the same every time that my opinion is limited. Double Cheeseburger with Fritten for $3,99? What a deal! These people have one of the best tasting castles I've ever had! I'd like to try the other burgers, but I have to watch my line of waste.
