Water Street Oyster - Corpus Christi

It was over 10 years since I last eaten here and I am so glad to report that it is still fabulous. we have dinner for Sunday (approx. 1:30 a.m.). the service was excellent as the food was. the kalamari was probably the best we ever had, a mixture of slightly baked calamari (cronenzeltakeln,) jalapeños, sweet potatoes. we ordered the seafood pasta jambalaya the mesquite black heavy fish. both were perfectly cooked. the ananas salsa, reispilaf, zucchini/squash complicated the heavy fish perfectly. we have the brownie to go. it was huge. I've been drinking it for 20s in the microwave before I enjoy it, but I think we had eaten it cold and it would have been just as good. this is a definitiw reservation place esp when they try to eat here Fri-Sat night, unless they have no great waiting times. we called for Sunday dinner. we said it for 25 minutes. in approx. 15 minutes walked there were sitting less than 5min after our arrival.

We arrived the day before and ended the departure due to the 90-minute waiting period, as there are no reservations on Fridays and Saturdays. When we came back today, there were about 20 minutes to sit. the restaurant was quite crowded, but not excessively loud. the atmosphere was beautiful and the customer service was attentive and helpful. once sitting, we ordered half-price removers from exfoliation and eat garnel and Californian roll. our orders were in approx. 15-20 minutes delivered. we ordered fatuccine alfredo, creole hush welpen, house salads, caesar salad, black drum fish, crab cake, rice, garnel kabobs(harpoons), oyster, popcorn garnel and fries. eating was good and plentiful.

Great place. wife and I visited corpus christi for some days and wanted to be a seafood place. found on this place and went there on Saturday night. there was a waiting time, but it was shorter than expected. our server was super and very attentive. chargrilled oysters were very good as an appetizer. we are also excellent. everything was perfect.

A great place for fresh rustlers! especially during the happy hour, half price! they must try their homemade rider, it will be sure to clean up their sins. we also ordered cooked garnels and sushi, which also go too happy hour. and do not forget to order a large margarita, $1 off. the waiter was great! great service!

Great service from the gentleman in the mustache at the bar. Did a beer but the cocktails looks awesome and nice attention to detail. Caught happy hour on oysters and shrimp, the red sauce is unique and high recommend. Also don't miss out on the rolls and delicious butter. Gonna make it back here again for sure!
