Fine. Perhaps the above is too strong. But it illustrates how special this restaurant is. We had two wine tastings for two. For a price we would not have been able to pay elsewhere. The food itself was fantastic. What makes this resturant so special is the matron who will not let you leave without tasting the finest Corsican dishes. Come for a glass of wine, end up having an impromptu wine tasting, (red,white,rose, or muscat), stay for dinner, and enjoy the best Corsica has to offer as you watch the world go by in this fantastic village.
