The Wigglin’ Pig - Cortez

Excellent bbq ribs. So tender they fell off the bone and melted in your mouth. We even went back to get some to take home with us. Would definitely eat there again. This is a hidden gem in Cortez. A must stop place to eat.

The food was delicious! Everything we got was perfect. The coleslaw had a hint of sweetness to it, made it different and yummy! The waitress was very nice, friendly, and attentive. She happened to be cooking that day to while short staffed and still provided great food and service. If you are in town I would suggest trying them out. Just note they are a little off the road behind the steakhouse so use your GPS to get there.Kid-friendliness: Fun chalk board outside to draw on.Parking: The location is tucked away so it seems like you are parking in the wrong area but use your GPS and it takes you right there.

This place is amazing! They home make everything! The portions for the price was spot on!! Even my pickiest eater loved it! I highly recommend the piglet slider, the drunken cow slider, Mac and cheese, fries, and baked beans!Kid-friendliness: They have outdoor seating if needed, but we sat inside and the waitress was so nice and kind! Even when my kids were being noisy!

We were looking for a place to eat in Cortez, Colorado, when we arrived and found this little gem! Great atmosphere and equally great food.Kid-friendliness: Small facility, but owners and workers went out of their way to accommodate us and our disabled child.

The restaurant had a fly problem where we sat near a closed window and door. The food was fresh, tasty and the slaw was uniquely flavored. The mushroom appetizers were excellent. The portions were ample. A good eating experience.
