Belleria Pizzeria - Cortland

I ordered two pizzas and a dozen wings for takeout and sent my son to pick them up. I only received the two pizzas and when I called the restaurant, they said they would have their driver deliver the wings. Unfortunately, the wings never arrived. The next day, they said they had delivered them to the wrong house. I did not receive any compensation or the wings. I have ordered from this restaurant under the last three owners and have never had such a bad experience. These current owners are definitely the worst.

I had the worst dining experience at this restaurant. If I could give zero stars or a negative rating, I would. The soup was unavailable, and there was no courtesy call to inform us. The sandwich was on stale bread, lacked meat, and had only a few sprinkles of mozzarella cheese, which was not even melted. The pasta was mushy and the sauce was terrible. The fries were undercooked. Nothing was edible. I tried calling to complain but there was no answer.

The TINIEST piece of chicken parm ever. Barely bigger than the meatball that I added to the spaghetti. Food was barely lukewarm upon arrival. They have messed up multiple orders in the past but this just set me over the edge. How do you charge $11 for a TINY. Piece of chicken. Unreal. Mind you the meatball only cost .99 cents.

Definitely better ways to spend 13.50 then on a tin of cold undercooked/raw ravioli. maybe getting used to a new microwave in there?

The pizza is good when it's made correctly, but that's the issue. I called to see if I could customize a special pizza, but they didn't follow my instructions. The pizza had a strange taste and cost $26. When I called to complain, they blamed it on new staff needing more training. I was hoping for a refund or replacement, but all I got was a $2 discount on my next order. My wife was so upset she cried, but it seems like they won't be fixing the problem.
