Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cortland

I understand it?s hard when you?re busy but there?s no excuse to be rude. The app sent our online order to the Niles location so we canceled and reordered in person here. They were rude and rushing us while we read off of the app, then proceeded to mess upour order and when I asked for my wrap to be double wrapped they just threw a second wrap in the bag. Side note the wraps tastedlike dish soap.

This location is so much better than the Niles location. They always have your food ready to go and waiting on the shelf even when it's around lunch. I'm impressed with how organized they are.

It's kind of like a Mexican buffet but you tell the person behind the counter how you want it made. It's delicious.

I wish I could give 0 stars! This is not the amount of food $7+ should get you. At least try to make the bowl look full. This has maybe 10 micro pieces of chicken tops. 100% done with chipotle. I?ll stick to hot heads where they actually care about theircustomers.

This is aboustely disgusting and unacceptable and this is just NASTY ???????? ruined so today went got chiptole for lunch and I found a dead bug either fly or Cockroach nasty i didn't even want anything back in store credit just my money back I don't everwanna go back this is nasty and this store needs to be investigated since there are multiple complaints for this store HORRFICAND NASTY....I wish I could do zero stars
