Been to all the usual suspects Cocca, Vasilio, Enzo, Leo, Vernon and they were all as far as could be from any sort of authentic Italian pizza. Someone suggested I try Brothers and have been there 3x this week for the baked ziti, a sub or a bruschetta pizza. Friendly service and as close to NY Italian food as I am probably ever going to find in Cortland. Old school interior, reminded me of my youth. A
Every time I get an Italian Sub from Brothers I say, that was the best sub I’ve ever had. It’s always a treat to get food from here
Pay attention to your order. May be additional costs without realizing. Never going to complain about the food. Always good, but when terrible service comes with it, it’s not worth it. Charging .75 cents extra to add mayonnaise to a sub that should already have it included is not good business. I know what mayo costs! Especially when I removed other items. There may have been postings saying no substitutions, not sure, but why not make the customer happy?
Oder was wrong would not credit me...ordered a steak and cheese got it filled with onions!!!!! spent 40$ and can't let me come in tomorrow. very disappointed!!!!
Found this place a couple months a go and have had their NY Style Pizza, Strombolis and Subs. All were amazing. Recently I tried the BBQ Pulled Pork and Brisket Dinner with the Mac and Cheese side. The Mac and Cheese was yummy, cheesy and good. However, the star of the show never showed up. What I mean is that the BBQ Pulled Pork and Brisket was very dry and not tasty. The Smoky BBQ Sause and Original BBQ were both too Spicy for me and caused discomfort in my mout. I will go back just not going to order that agin. If you plan on orderign anything with BBQ suce from them I would have a sample of it first to see if it is for you. The Brisket and Pulled Pork ws not good.
