Moe's Southwest Grill - Cortland

Beautiful restaurant. the food was okay. Decorated on taste imo. have not found any reason to eat here more than twice with all other options within 5 minutes from here.

Love moes eating the place could have been a bit cleaner

This restaurant is incredibly slow! It took 23 minutes from the time my husband arrived in line until he sat down to eat, and there were only 8 people ahead of him. That is completely unacceptable! When I went to get ice for our drinks, there was none available. I asked the cashier for help and she said she didn't know what to do. When I requested to speak to a manager, she informed me that they had just gone on break. I asked if they were still in the building, and she said no. It's not a good time to leave your post when the line is out the door! Despite appearing busy in photos, I have no idea what they were doing behind the counter. We will definitely be avoiding this place in the future.

The Moe's restaurant is the worst and most unwelcoming place I have ever visited. My family was extremely disappointed with the experience at the restaurant. Moe's should consider closing down and customers should find a better place to eat. The food was also very unsatisfactory compared to any other meal we have ever had.

The food was excellent. I appreciate the concept of being able to customize your own meal.
