Tim Hortons - Corunna

Another Tim Hortons that doesn’t realize customers are important to their business. Walked in to order, couple in front of me left, I waited 5 minutes as I watched many of the staff walk by only concerned about their cohorts. Paying customers definitely not important. Drive thru was their main concern ONLY. As I was waiting, one of the staff/manager addressed another staff member to look after the waiting customers. Absolutely no response from the staff, this is when I walked out. I’m DONE with Tim Hortons!

Fill the cups mainly if they come in a clear one… don’t tell your employees to stop at the 4th line that looks very bad on you mainly when nowhere else does that

The staff here are always very rude. I have yet to go there when there was someone pleasant working. And they don't give dog timbits here!Parking: Lots of parking

This is the worst Tim Hortons in ontario. We go there evry weekend and order at least 4 teas a day. Almost every time one order or both order of tea is wrong. They forget the sugar or they put cream in the tea. I call and tell them my concerns and I'm told you can get one free drink. Well I order 4 and they were all wrong. This place sucks. Don't go there if you can go to an other one

I was so disappointed when I asked for a dog Tmbit for my dog that was clearly in the car, and they told me they had to ring it in, because they’re manager told them they cannot give out free dog Timbits and their location anymore. Like come on… that’s what Tim Hortons has always done… my dogs disappointed in you, and quite frankly I am to… every other location has a heart and apparently you do not… not cool.
