My little one had French fries. They were clear about a frier for only fries with nothing else in it and even showed me. Great to have her partake in the bridge fry tradition.

Dedicate fryer for fries only. Have eaten here multiple times without getting sick. The only non certified place I will eat.

We’ve tried the chip truck under the bridge before we knew about Alberts These are, by far, one of the best fries I’ve ever had. We drive from St Thomas at least once a week for these fabulous fries.

It's the best! Had my first 10 cent coned cup of Albert's fries under the bridge over 50 years ago and still loving them.
