It's not my fault for visiting this place for their delicious drinks and friendly staff!

Recently, I ordered an iced tea with light ice, but instead received a cup filled with 90% ice. I could barely get five sips of actual tea from that medium-sized cup. It’s honestly pathetic—definitely not worth the $4 per drink, plus tip. The staff here also come across as quite immature. I’m not expecting top-tier, five-star service, but it’s hard to appreciate your drink when the employees are busy chatting with each other while I’m trying to explain my order. Clearly, this place doesn’t prioritize hiring those with barista experience or even basic customer service skills. Overall, I’ve never been satisfied with either the service or the drinks here, and I won’t be returning.
