Feedback gevenAdditionally, I was frustrated by the ridiculous 4% surcharge added for using a credit card—completely obnoxious. I even called the restaurant hoping to at least get a partial refund, but was told there was nothing that could be done. The person I spoke to, who I believe was named Joe, was hard to hear over the noise and, when I expressed my frustration and said, “it’s fine, goodnight,” he snapped at me. I will definitely not be coming back and will advise others to stay away as well. Poor management.
I don't usually write reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share it. We waited 30 minutes for a table, which was acceptable initially, but once we were seated outside, we were completely overlooked by the staff. I had to go inside three times to inquire about my child's meal, and when it finally arrived, they forgot to provide utensils, so she had to eat her pasta with her hands. We also waited 30 minutes for our drinks. After complaining twice, our food was served to us cold. To top it all off, they charge nearly 4% just for using a credit card to pay. I will not be coming back.
This is my first restaurant review. After working in the service industry for over ten years, I typically don’t complain, but my experience here was quite disappointing. The service was acceptable, but the food was not good at all. We ordered burgers and martinis. The burgers were so overcooked that they were difficult to cut with a knife, and the egg was overcooked as well. The fries were supposedly not gluten-free, so we opted for soup, which was also very unsatisfactory. I’m not sure how you can mess up a martini, but they managed to do just that. If you're going to charge more than the neighboring restaurants, the quality needs to match.
Food/service were great. Ordered the Prime rib medium rare. Will order again next time.
I want to start off my saying our server was amazing which is why the review has 2 stars instead of 1. Me and my fiancé came for a celebratory dinner and were really excited. Unfortunately the food did not deliver. The ribeye was tough and chewy on both plates, which was strange considering it was a perfect medium rare color. Green beans tasted good but were extremely undercooked. My mashed potatoes were pretty bland and cold. I can only assume by the super hot plates that were brought to us that the food might have sat under the warming lamp for a long time before it made it to us. Overall really disappointed. Probably won?t be returning. If I spend 35$ on a steak per person, it shouldn?t be warm jerky. Add-on: not to mention the ridiculous 4% additional charge they put on their customers if you want to pay with card. Obnoxious. Update: called the restaurant for at the very least a partial refund, was informed that there wasn?t anything that he was going to do, believe he said his name was Joe, was hard to hear over the noise in the background. When I said, rather exasperated, ?it?s fine goodnight,? he proceeded to snap at me. Definitely not coming back and will steer others away from the restaurant. Poor management.
