Put order in waited 13 min in parking lot went back in and they forgot to fix it, so we waited 13 more minutes and went back in it was half done I had to come home and finish baking it . Won't go back there.

Ordered a original crust got a thin cut ordered regular sauce got B.B.Q.Parking: I had no trouble getting a spot

We haven't ordered from papa John's in years because of bad service before. Gave them another shot, ordering online for pick up. The pizza was ready before I drove the ten miles to get it. I pick up our order and drive back home only to find out we got someone else's order. I should have checked it myself, but I don't work there. I normally assume that when I buy a product that I get what I paid for. Not this time. I take the order back, ten miles again, and get our replacement order. I check it this time and it looks correct. They apologize for the mix up and offer free sauces, that we already paid for extras. 40 miles traveled to get 2 pizza's home that cost over $40. Better ingredients better pizza,, because they saved so much on proper training and educating employees how to read. That will be our last papa John's order.
