Apart from parking to wait on food, the service is good. The parking aspect creates more opportunities for accidents, however. The 3rd window usually has a car waiting, forcing vehicles leaving the 2nd window to swing wide around them, reducing the ability for someone backing out of a waiting space. This place is a headache. I always get my food on the app and have them bring it out. I sat in the parking spot for 20 minutes and finally went inside to find out why it's taking so long. It looked like they had my order and was getting it ready (I saw 2 happy meals and just assumed so I went back to my car waited another 5 minutes before someone came out to bring it to me. Sadly they brought me out 20 a happy meal and 20 nuggets when I ordered 2 happy meals and 2 sandwiches. I went back in to ask for the correct food and the inside was absolutely chaos. While waiting I watched as the food runner brought the wrong food multiple times to other cars. I don't think they are even reading the tickets at all. I still didn't get the right food in the end and one of our quarter pounder burgers was very pink inside. I usually visit sugar Creek location and they are a million times better and I go at lunch there during the madness.
