Le Shrimp Noodle (south Coast Plaza)

The food Quality was not good. my food was cold and the pale cold noodle was all stuck together. The crispy chicken was made with oils that was not fresh. There was nothing existing about the food and I asked them if they can atleast toss my chicken and the noddle with some sauce and they refused. Nothing I would like to go back for.The ordering system was a bit confusing too and nobody explained us so we tried to figure it out!

Le Shrimp Ramen has successfully captured the essence of an exquisite ramen experience within the simplicity of its menu, offering a delightful journey for any ramen enthusiast.

Less than mediocre ramen. Soup has no depth, no umami at all. Noodles itself is very bland with no texture at all.

I liked the Signature Trio Shrimp Ramen! It was yummy and the soup was rich.

Hidden in South Coast Plaza B1, this ramen shop requires queuing on site. There are many noodle items to choose from. The signature noodles are delicious, the shrimps are fresh and delicious, and the soup is rich and fragrant.
