Never disappointed! Always a must when we're on vacation in California. I wish they would come to Idaho!

El Pollo Loco is a great place for an alternative to the tired hamburger fries that I usually purchase for a quick meal.

HORRIBLE SERVICES even though the food was Great I really appreciated the effort that everyone is doing, work for our community in these difficult times but that is not reason for the customers paid for the bad day that some employees got there.Money and food is just the excuse of the trade what customers really looking for is a great environment for families sit down on your restaurant and happily enjoy the food.Guys really I know you can do better see you there next time.

This is a great location... Quick service and good music to listen to while you eat?, alternating between English and Spanish language pop. Tried something new, the chicken nachos on the $5 menu. Delicious queso sauce, pinto beans and fresh chicken make this a winner!

This place has terrible customer service. Elderly Lord, who works there week nights, should take a class or find a new job. He's always grumpy and looks like you're wasting his time. Tonight the ride through my face closed for the second time! The car in front of me, then they turn off all the lights right in front of me. I thought it was a joke, but no.
