Alejandro's Mexican Food - Costa Mesa

I stopped by the drive-thru to grab a burrito, and it was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be returning. If you’re planning to visit Newport's Crystal Cove, this is the perfect spot to grab a bite before you head out.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I felt completely cheated out of my $22. The food was the worst I've ever had: bland, dry, and lacking any flavor. The service was also subpar. I wouldn't recommend the bean burrito—it's just filled with cheese, and the beans were terrible. The asada fries were unappetizing as well. I usually don't waste food, but I just couldn't eat it. I want a refund!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Both times I ordered, they incorrectly included the wrong items in my order. The food was dry and lacked flavor; I found myself having to drown it in hot sauce to taste anything at all. Overall, the food was quite bland, and it was a greatly unsatisfying experience.
