Feedback gevenI visited the drive-thru today to order the two-piece box, which is supposed to come with two pieces of chicken, two sides, and a drink for $7.99. However, I saw it advertised on TV for $5.99. When I got to the window, the employee asked me for over $12, claiming it was for the three-piece combination I had ordered. I clarified that I had ordered the two-piece chicken box, but he continued to argue with me. Frustrated, I asked for my money back and drove away. This was the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. To make matters worse, the person at the window wasn’t the same one who took my order; it felt like they were trying to pull a fast one.
My favorite lunch is grilled chicken, but unfortunately, they don't serve it anymore!
This restaurant had an absolutely terrible experience! At 7 PM, the indoor seating was closed, and the employees were more focused on dancing than working. How do I know this? I had to wait for 45 minutes in the drive-thru and could see them for a full 20 minutes through the open back door! 45 minutes of waiting! What on earth are they on?
Best customer service ever. Always busy, and still treat customers ????
We went in to order. First thing I noticed the dirty door windows. Waited 10 min then a woman acknowledged us. It was 4p.m. they had no original chicken ready. She wanted to know if we wanted to wait another 20 minutes. No Thanks!!!! Only one car indrive up and a group of 4 already eating. The place is dirty. Will never go back.
