Feedback gevenMy family and I experienced straight race discrimination. Today they close at 6:00 since it was? Day of work. We arrived at the store at 5:04 and they said they had no more orders in the store and we had to use the necter app to buy a juice. I had a bad signal and fought for the order. During the process another group arrived and they usually took their order through the register. I asked the girl what's going on, and she told me she could take my order next. My pregnant wife felt angry and asked me to go. I hope this review is seen by management and the company.
Excellent juice, I order a large Celery, lemon and green apples. Best ever fantastic flavors.
I love the summer watermelon smoothie here. The service has improved since the worst of the reviews. On 9/8/21 her tablet had died and they could not charge me, so they gave me my order for free. I'd like to have paid, but they didn't have any means to charge me.
Best Nekter juice bar I?ve been too. I was ordering my drink and at the end when it came to pay, I thought they accepted Apple Pay and unfortunately they did not. I was like ?uh ops like let me go to my car. And i?m assuming it was the store manager he was like ?it?s OK it?s OK? and he gave me my drink for free that?s wonderful customer service! Thank you. #mademyday
Such a bad experience. Be careful one of the employees is very rude. His condescending tone if you bother him with a concern is really unnecessary. After being there from 5:53pm-6:25pm for what was suppose to be 2 orders of The Greenies and a ginger shot I walked out with a full refund and such emotional distress from the unpleasant moment that employees had me go through. Just because 1) they took from 5:53pm- 6:15pm to complete my order while successfully making the people that ordered and paid after us. 2) Once my order was complete it was 85 percent water and not to nekter regular quality. I walked out emotionally drained at 6:25pm all because I decided to let him know I wasn?t satisfied with my drinks and was questioned and humiliated as if I wasn?t a paying customer. His tone let me know he felt superior as an employee and me as a paying customer was very inferior because how could a Nekter regular of so many years know what a The Greenie really tastes like, right! I just purposely wanted to waste my time and energy from 5:53pm-6:25pm. To only end up walking out empty handed and only because I requested to speak with a manager that wasn?t there and just requested a full refund. Beware!! The customer service is really missing at this location.
