Since I live just 15 minutes away, I decided to give it a try as well. However, the crabs were in a plastic bag and were very cold, as if they had just come out of the refrigerator. The shrimp, unfortunately, were also in a plastic bag and overcooked. I have to say, Bernard's boiled crawfish and shrimp were disappointing and not worth the money. I recommend they switch to thick brown bags for orders. I’ve tried their cooked seafood twice now, and I won’t be going back.

My sister, who lives in Houston, Texas, visited last Thursday for some boiled seafood. She ordered a dozen and a half crabs and two pounds of shrimp. I live just 15 minutes away from Bernards. Unfortunately, the crabs arrived in plastic bags, chilled to the point of feeling like they had just come out of the refrigerator, and the shrimp were also in a plastic bag and overcooked. The boiled crab and shrimp from Bernards were disappointing and felt like a waste of money. A suggestion: consider using thicker brown bags for takeout orders. I've tried you twice for boiled seafood, but I won't be coming back again.
