Are you kidding me… Best brisket ever! If you pass by this place and don’t go try it, it is your loss! The most delicious smoked flavor and melt in your mouth brisket you will ever have! The ribs are to die for! Even the potato salad and the beans are amazing! But don’t take it from me, try it yourself!

You and your Team prepared some of the most delicious BBQ for our Pepaw’s 83rd birthday, he even said it was the best Birthday Meal he’s ever had. With over 30 mouths to feed, we knew we needed a lot of chow. Thank the heavens we found Cowtown TEXAS BBQ! JJ your customer service is exemplary, you treated my wife who bravely picked the food up alone, with kindness and respect. Your BBQ is a HUGE memory within our family now, and many years to come.
