Feedback gevenI got a voucher in the post for buying a bowl get a free. So we went to this place and ordered it. When we gave the lady the coupon, did she say it had been beaten? Even though I took it out of my mailbox today and didn't use it. I sat in her parking lot and made an online order where I was able to use the voucher just well?. So if you try to do a voucher here just an online order, as employees do not know how to use it. Even the food was soggy and rough.
Clean and open. Food was a lot, but no vegetables. But every time I get Veggies, they suck. But still was delicious!
The food was delicious. We had to wait 15 minutes for noodles, but it was decent.
Why order online when you close your lobby during business hours? They order online to save time, but are forced to go they drive thru and wait to get order. I doubt the company would be okay with that. I'll call her and ask her. Maybe you just turn off the online order so everyone goes through the drive thru as you prefer.
I went in and ordered but was told it would take 15 min for the chicken. I explained i would wait in my vehicle because I had ice cream. I waited and went in 20 minutes later. This poor young lady was left alone to fixe 8 or 9 orders waiting on the chicken. I understand shift change but not at customers expense or the stress to the only person working the counter.
