Papa John's Pizza - Cottonwood

Order Pizza from here for the first time since its opening. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly. I see many negative reviews from people who claim it took too long to get their food. What do you expect in the first weeks? Everyone and their mother ordered pizza at the same time. I always try to give new restaurants a few weeks to train the bugs and get a good system. I hope the people who wrote these negative reviews give this place another shot. Good food :

Wing in the store and they gave me BBQ wings instead of Buffalo. When I called the store, I spoke to the owner. He offered us more wings, and I told him if we could pick them up tomorrow, that would be better. Not only did they replace the wings they gave me a free pizza! Great way to take care of customers. And fantastic pizza. Johns. My new favorite pizza place.

My first pizza from this store ordered and it was really good! I ordered online as an execution. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and my pizza was ready to go! It was a nice treat. I'm glad we got a Papa Johns here now!

This Papa John's Pizza location is great. Not too far from all of the main shopping areas on the Southside. Plus a great friendly efficient crew who really seems to care about getting your order right the first time and getting it done quickly. Lately I've noticed other Papa John's restaurants seeming to lose track of quality. This location is the exception!

So thankful for the service of Jerry at this location. Such a great person. Always make it a point when in town to order for pick up just to say hi to Jerry. The pizza was delicious. The brownies are amazing, just like Jerry! We are from Tucson. Just wanted to share my great experience.
