Chef Nick is probably the best chef in northern Arizona! We?ve had the privilege of having him cook for our large family group several times and he is always the highlight of our gathering. Nick arrives on time with everything he needs to prepare a fantastic meal of our choosing. He is professional and provides excellent service. Nick is entertaining and knowledgeable and can answer our many cooking questions as he prepares a gourmet meal. He?s able to customize foodrequests and his conscious of budget. His food is always fresh, flavorful and delicious! Chef Nick has our highest recommendation, he?s the BEST!

Chef Nick helped us celebrate during a family vacation to Sedona he cooked a delicious meal for 6 adults and shared what he was doing, how he was cooking everything, and other stories about his past along the way. It was such a fun evening we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will remember this unique part of our vacation for years to come. :

Chef Nick made a spectacular 5 course meal for our girl Kelli's bachelorette party. He shared some amazing stories and tips on restaurants to dine in. We loved the shrimp appetizer with yucca puree and the leftovers were killer even the next day! Highly recommend Chef Nick for personal parties or events.

Chef Nick really was the highlight of our visit to Cottonwood/Sedona! I was hosting a girl's trip and wanted to surprise everyone with a private dinner. He was really helpful in picking out the menu, responsive and timely. He cooked a phenomenal 5 course meal for 6 and was so engaging and funny! The short rib was literally life changing (I didn't take a pic because I ate it so fast) and the bread pudding *chef's kiss*. Wonderful experience. We had a dinner party of 6. The food was creative and delicious and Chef Nick provides a lot of special touches to make the meal special. The service was family style and Chef Nick was careful to time the courses at a good pace for conversation and enjoyment of the meal. After dinner, all of the dishes were cleared, extra food wrapped and put away, and the kitchen was spotless. Highly recommend!
