We placed an order and were told it would be delivered at 8:10, which we found to be reasonable. At 8:20, we received a phone call to check if the driver was lost. It turns out the driver had an accident, so our delivery would be delayed. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, after three more phone calls and over an hour and 15 minutes past the original delivery time, we had to go outside and direct the driver. We requested a refund but only received excuses. Save yourself the trouble and avoid ordering from this restaurant!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I placed an order through just eat that said 50 minutes. After getting a message an hour later it’s said my good was with the driver. After 40 minutes my meal still was not here. I called the restaurant and was told sorry the driver is running late and it would still be another 20 minutes. After 35 minutes my food arrived and was stone cold. I called up and was told sorry. I said this isn’t acceptable it had bee out with the delivery driver for over an hour and 10 minutes. He then said 2 minutes and put the phone on the side for over 5 minutes whilst I could hear him chatting and dealing with other customers whilst leaving me on the phone. They offered to do me a fresh one but by this point it half 8 and Christ knows when I would have received it so I said no this is not acceptable and was offered a full refund. Having not received this I have this evening spoken to them where I was told I would not receive a refund as k did not give back the food. I said well no I put it in the bin. He said I had to give it back and I need to go through just eat. I said I was not informed of this and he kept telling me I was in the wrong and I’m a liar as my food wasn’t with the driver for as long as I said I told him I had proof and he was questioning me on how. Was shouting over me when I was trying to speak. I have gone through just eat for a full refund. I have come off the phone and am shaking at being shouted at by the manager. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They should be ashamed of themselves. Looking at other reviews it doesn’t redeem I’m the only one to have experienced this.

Have ordered takeaway from this restaurant on several occasions and have really enjoyed the food it serves. Positives Consistently good quality food Great value set meal for 2 people Wide menu choice Delivery on time Friendly delivery staff Highly recommend Chicken Chaat Starter one of the best I’ve had! Unlike many Indian restaurants the curries from here aren’t over oily but still really tasty . This is the main thing for us. Great attention to detail with regard to garnish and presentation. Clearly labelled dishes The Not so positives... Can’t think of anything that would stop me ordering from here . 5 stars .

We have had Indian meals from here 4 times in the past 10 weeks and loved it but last night was a total letdown the meals were bland no flavor at all and 1 dish was a medium spice and there was not a spice in sight the meat was dry, the cheese nan breads hadn't seen a bit of cheese and the poppadoms were soft like they had been out for hours, we collected our order and live 2 minutes in the car away and the meals were bairly walm we had to put them through the microwave to warm up...... Very disappointed
