Morrisons - County Durham

The food was tasty, but the cutlery was dirty and the tables were gross. When I picked up the first knife, it still had food on it. It was difficult to find clean utensils.

Called in here for meal with my friends today while visiting Bishop Auckland and there was a bit queue so see used the self service. The meal in cafe in this store was good and it was tasty. The service was average and they ask if everything is okay were as other stores that have a cafe don't do this but this store does . There was a big queue for hot drinks machine due to one been switched off and the other been out of order since there was only one machine working.

I love this cafe for informal business meetings. Great value and a great vibe; spacious, bright, relaxed and not too noisy. We love the coffee, and the cream scones are wonderful!

We used to frequent cafes all over the country, including this one, but unfortunately, the cleanliness, service quality, and portion sizes have declined over time. The tables are often left dirty and need to be cleaned with a napkin before use. The food quality has also decreased significantly, with many meals being served cold. Despite the rising prices, the portion sizes have decreased. Even though we used to enjoy a meal at Morrison's every time we visited, we no longer do so. We hope that the famous fish and chips can make a comeback once the situation is rectified.

Had a little medical episode there and must say that Stephen and Dan were absolutely fantastic and made me feel so at ease. Thanks guys and I don't know the ladies name who helped but thank you too lady. Your all superstars thanks ever so much again all.
