Never get the order correctly never get free prawn cracker or compensate anything and if incorrect they expect that wait to correct

This restaurant is absolutely delicious. My sister has always ordered takeout from here and I live in Crook so I usually stick to my usual spot. However, I decided to give this place a try and I was not disappointed. The special green pepper black bean dish was amazing, with soft noodles that were perfectly twirled. The bean sprouts were also delicious.

I was extremely excited to try this restaurant after hearing all the great reviews and recommendations. However, I was very disappointed with my experience. The chow mein was overly soft and slimy, making me question if it was even cooked properly. The prawn toast appetizer was greasy and heavy with oil. Unfortunately, I do not plan to return to this restaurant.

I would like to leave a review for the delivery service of this restaurant. Unfortunately, the shop does not open until 5 p.m. I tried calling at 4:30 p.m. to place my order, and was informed that it would be ready 45 minutes after they opened. However, I did not receive my order until 6:55 p.m. I was not aware that my order had to wait until someone else in the same area was ready for delivery. Additionally, I was charged an extra £5 for delivery, which I believe is unfair considering I was expecting my order within the 45-minute timeframe as promised on the phone. Waiting for almost two hours for my order was not acceptable.

Phoned and placed order at 530pm for an 8pm delivery for it to be delivered at 835pm an we live in tow law but delivery’s to Stanhope were more important
