Feedback gevenOne of the worst experiences I've had when buying a car! I had given my specifications to the sales team and didn't hear back for weeks on end. When I contacted them again to see if they were still interested, I was reassured that someone would call me back but never heard from them again! I eventually took my business elsewhere and the customer service there was fantastic. Never again!
I am incredibly grateful to the amazing Sarah for assisting me on two occasions with renting a car when I was in urgent need. She is kind, helpful, and very professional. Sarah, you are a true asset to the Pulman Group Durham. Five stars and more!
The service at this restaurant is satisfactory, as there are staff available to help you. However, the experience of purchasing or leasing is a completely different story. When I visited, no sales staff were present, and two couples left the showroom in frustration. I was only there for 20 minutes before asking for a leasing quote, which had to be requested through service, and never received a follow-up call. The customer service was disappointing.
I needed a car quickly and I'm so happy I reached out to Sarah at Pulman Rent A Car. She was extremely helpful and welcoming. She guided me through the rental process and I was able to get a fantastic Polo for a short-term rental at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much.
