The Pavillion - County Durham

I went to Pavillon for my birthday on Sunday. I have been going to this restaurant for years and it was great to see that the owners are still the same. Kim is still as attentive as ever and many of the waiters are familiar faces. I appreciate that the owners/managers come at the end of the meal to ensure everything is to my liking, it shows they are truly interested in their customers. The day was amazing, and I even received a free dessert with a birthday candle, which was a nice touch. The lunch menu is excellent, with a good variety of dishes at a reasonable price. I always enjoy trying new items on the menu. This restaurant remains the best I have ever been to. Thank you for a wonderful birthday meal!

Great place, expensive, but would be a special occasion. personal very attentive with menus, drinks and eating. had the best house special chow I've ever eaten, there was a huge part that I brought the rest after home. even had free recordings. in any case recommend.

Since years for the strange special meal going and as always fantastic service, food and atmosphere would definitely recommend this place for eating and that special meals and also the takeaway service is also great

For years in restaurant eaten! small dinges are sadly disappeared as free drinks at the end and bowls of lemon to get rid of hand fat, but staff and eat stay excellent and it remains the best chinese that I did remove the salt and the pfeffer chicken wings should die!

This is definitely the best Cantonese restaurant around. The portions are huge, the staff is extremely polite and helpful. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
