I'm pretty involved in my visit. Frankly, I didn't hang. Many entries with truffle to justify high prices. As I don't like truffle, I asked that it be removed from celery to braise with gorgonzola cream. Result : an entry to 38€ rather bof because very frankly the celery did not taste a braise. I told the waiter who told me that he's cooking in a crust... blablabla... that doesn't stop him from having a taste. The county cream egg was, however, rather good. We then chose the langoustines to share. Except it's a dish to share. Eighty lobsters fight in duel for 80€. I think it would be nice to remove this dish from the dishes to share. For dessert, we shared the churros that were excellent. The toppings were very successful. The service was very pleasant. The musical choice was atrocious, Latin/dance music that was absolutely not adapted. The value for money is very disappointing. The olive oil bread is excellent but the small laïus that accompanies it and which is served at all tables by the server at the origin of this tradition is a bit indigeste.
