And then this intimate and bright room, his staff carefully and attentive. I would never forget this sea wolf to rise to the caviar paste and a sauce that still marvels my taste buds Thanks infinitely for the experience
The Sylvestre, the last adventure of a Michelin star chef, stands out in our culinary journey of over 20 restaurants over the past three years. Creative dishes and unique flavours blend harmoniously French cuisine with the innovative touches of the chef. The varied and exceptional wine menu perfectly complements the experience, and our choice of a bottle of champagne added a delicious touch to this already memorable evening. Undoubtedly, Sylvestre has earned its place in our top 3 favorite culinary experiences.
Fantastic discovery of a unique chef, attached to his culture
We went to 3 Michelin star restaurants in Courchevel and it was my gourmet son's favorite. Intimist, emphasis on French cuisine with some spices. Theatre similar to Chabichou. Very expensive of course.
The food was too expensive to over 400 € per person, the service was mediocre we arrived at 7:00 p.m. and they voluntarily slowed down our meal to be synchronized with the arrivals an hour later, which gave a 4-hour meal, and the somm did. a bait and light the wine I ordered by telling me that his new suggestion was at the same price as the one I ordered while it was double. A terrible experience based on the fact that we are tourists and that we will not return to it. No aspect is worthy of a Michelin star.
