Little Caesars Pizza - Courtenay

I really love the food here its all very cheap and good and the service is amazing and the owner is very nice

The customer service was so bad we waited over 1 hour for our pizza.

I am really sorry to see them go, the pizza was always good, best deal for the price. The only problem was when all the young people, started to work there, the quality, and service went out the window, it's a real shame. They just hired to many kids who did not have any experience, or care for what they did, they only want the pay check. I always tried to get in there before school let out, and all the kids came to work.

Fairly unimpressed. I came in here in the middle of dinner time on a Saturday, place is decently busy, and it's being run by people clearly somewhat young and/or new. Little communication on their part, they seemed lost and didn't know what they were doing, they made a few mistakes on other people's orders, and it took more than double the quoted time they gave me for my food. I understand some people might be new, but even the person in charge there didn't seem to communicate with his staff clearly and with confidence. A rather underwhelming experience. But at least the food was good enough
